These terms govern your use of LuxyCall. By using the site, you agree to them. If you disagree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised.

When you access LuxyCall, browse listings, create an account, or submit content, you enter a legal agreement with us based on these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from the site (including Privacy Policy and copyright notices).
You must be old enough to use the service under the laws that apply to you. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Keep your account information accurate and your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you tell us promptly if someone else has accessed it.
Listings, photos, descriptions, and messages you submit must comply with law and our rules. You grant us the rights we need to host, display, moderate, and promote that content on the platform.
Use LuxyCall only for lawful purposes. We may set limits on posting frequency, media size, or features to keep the service stable and fair.
You may not probe, disrupt, or bypass our security. You may not use bots or scrapers to extract bulk data without written permission. You may not interfere with other users’ experience or attempt to manipulate rankings in bad faith.
We may review, edit, refuse, rank, feature, hide, or remove content and accounts at our discretion. Reasons include legal risk, safety, spam, quality, fraud, or breach of these terms.
We are not obligated to monitor every listing in real time. When we act, we may not always explain our decision in detail, especially where safety or legal obligations apply.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Third parties you meet through listings are independent of us—we are not responsible for their conduct or for offline arrangements.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of LuxyCall. Our total liability for a claim is generally limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the period before the claim, or zero if the service is free.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless LuxyCall and its team from claims arising out of your content, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms.
We may change these terms when we add features, comply with law, or clarify our practices. When we post an updated version, continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
If a change is significant, we may add a notice on the site or by email where we have your address. If you do not agree, you should stop using LuxyCall and close your account if you have one.
