How We Handle Takedown Requests

We review copyright complaints that identify the allegedly infringed work, the allegedly infringing material, the exact URL or URL pattern at issue, and the complaining party's contact information. Incomplete notices may be rejected or held for clarification.

If a notice appears facially valid, we may remove, disable, or restrict access to the identified content while we investigate. We may also preserve logs, submission records, moderation notes, and related technical evidence for legal, audit, or abuse-prevention purposes.

• Provide exact infringing URLs, not only search results, category pages, or screenshots.
• Include the required good-faith and accuracy statements and an electronic signature.
• Counter-notices may be reviewed where appropriate before content is restored.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Accounts or submitters associated with repeated copyright complaints, repeated unauthorized uploads, or repeated attempts to republish removed material may be suspended, de-indexed, permanently terminated, or blocked from future submissions.

• We may count materially similar reposts as repeat incidents.
• We may disable associated listings, media galleries, and linked accounts.
• We reserve the right to refuse reactivation where abuse risk remains high.

Content Ownership Clarification

Users remain responsible for the ownership, licensing, or authorization status of the text, images, branding, videos, and other content they submit. Publishing content on this website does not transfer copyright ownership to the platform.

By uploading content, the user represents that they own the material or have valid permission to publish it and grants the website a limited license to host, display, moderate, cache, and remove that content.

User Responsibility Clause

Users must not upload stolen images, copied biographies, scraped listing text, logos, screenshots, watermarked competitor assets, or other material that infringes third-party rights. Users are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the material they publish.

Users agree to indemnify and hold the platform, its operators, and service providers harmless from claims arising out of unauthorized uploads, misleading ownership claims, or other rights violations connected to their submissions.

Counter-Notice and Restoration

A party that believes content was removed by mistake or misidentification may send a legally sufficient counter-notice. We may forward a counter-notice to the complaining party and may restore content if restoration is legally permitted and no court action is timely reported.
